Original Software prides itself on the excellent service and support it provides for its customers. We aim to handle each support request with respect and to quickly sort out any query you may have.

To ensure that Showday customers get up and running smoothly, we provide:

Free data conversion for new customers - If you have last year’s schedule in Word or some other computer readable format we should be able to create your Showday schedule from it. Likewise, if you have a computerised list of members we should be able to load them into Showday too. This work is included in the first year’s support fee and would easily save you 90% of the set-up time.

Free updates to latest version - We take note of our customers’ needs and Showday is continually being upgraded. The annual support fee ensures that you receive regular updates.

On-line help built into the program - Every part of the program has its own help button .

Fully illustrated user guide - provided free with each purchase of Showday.
